The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 says Nigeria is set to introduce what has been tagged “Precision Lockdown”, as the second phase of the lockdown expires tonight.
Chairman of the Task Force, Boss Mustapha disclosed this to journalists after the Task Force briefed President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House.
Mustapha, who is also the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, said only eighteen local governments are responsible at least sixty percent of the total number of cases across the country.
The Precision Lockdown will enable state authorities embark on aggressive testing.
