Kogi State Government says it is ready to receive it’s own share of the COVID 19 Vaccine from the federal government.
State Commissioner for Health, Haruna Saka,who confirmed this to ait.lve in Lokoja, said all arrangements have been concluded to kick start the vaccination exercise as soon as the state takes delivery of the vaccine on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Saka said residents will not be compelled to take the vaccine but left to make the choice whether to receive the man or not.
The commissioner said the health and wellness but of citizens and residents of the state remains his priority and would continue to do the needful in the over all interest of the state.
