Cross River State Government has expressed its readiness to partner any successful music artiste in a bid to develop talented young people who show interest in musical career in the State.
The State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Asu Okang stated this when he recieved in audience, Martins Okechukwu Joshua, popularly known as J. Martins in his office.
He said Governor Ayade in the last four and half years has created opportunities for young Cross River people who took interest in music and art.

This the Commissioner said the Governor will continue in partnership with producer, song writer and super star A rated musician, J Martins.
On his part, Martins said he will be glad to give back to the people of Cross River State who have invested in his career through the annual Calabar Carnival, assuring that the partnership will yield positive result.
The Oyoyo coroner’s visit to Cross River State was on the invitation of the State Government to design musical programmes that will strengthen the toursim calendar of the State.
