Eagles land in Freetown for Afcon 2nd cracker against Sierra Leone

The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has confirmed the arrival of the Super Eagles at the Sierra Leone Airport.

On arrival, the entire Nigerian delegation, was also subjected to another COVID-19 test at the airport.

They are, however, in a ferry on the high sea to the Capital of Freetown a journey of about three and half hours.

Their hosts, the Leone Stars, had forced the Eagles to a 4-4 draw in the 1st leg Afcon 2021 qualifier played at the newly renovated Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium Benin last Friday.

The return leg takes place in Freetown tomorrow.
