The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the September 19 Election in Edo State, Osagie Ize-Iyamu, has appealed to the people of the state to conduct themselves in a peaceful manner before, during, and after Saturday’s election.
The APC candidate, who made the appeal in a broadcast, also called on eligible voters to ensure they come out enmass and cast their votes for him.
With just six days to the conduct of the September 19 governorship election in Edo State, Ize-Iyamu said the election is not a do-or-die contest and appealed to the people of the state to see Saturday’s governorship election as a family affair.
Ize-Iyamu also showered encomium on the Oba of Benin, Oba Ewuare II, for his timely peace move among political actors in the state.
