Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki says with effect from next week, a special force from the Nigerian Police will be working closely with the State Government to reduce to the barest minimum incidents of land grabbing.
Governor Obaseki was speaking immediately after interacting with officers and men of the special force in Benin City, the state capital.

The Governor says land grabbing must be checked to encourage more investors into the State and cautioned those inclined to do so to desist forthwith.
Obaseki maintained that the State has zero tolerance for such activities which were inimical to her progress.
