A former top adviser to President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, has been arrested and charged for fraud.
Bannon was the american leader’s campaign manager and also served as top White House adviser but was sacked within a year.
Trump’s former top adviser and two other associates are accused of wire fraud and face at least 20 years in prison if convicted.
The charges relate to a fundrausing for President Trump’s signature project- the building of a wall on the US-Mexico border.

Bannon and the other accused are accused of diverting the funds for personal use.
