The Federal Executive Council, FEC, has approved 13.08 trillion naira budget estimate for 2021.
Briefing State House correspondents after Wednesday’s FEC meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari, Minister of Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, said the budget will stimulate the economy.
The Minister also said that the total aggregate revenue that is projected for 2022 is 7.89 trillion naira.
The Finance Minister explained that the 2022 budget proposal was based on five assumptions.

She maintained that the 2021 budget proposal will enable the country attain a more inclusive growth and also achieve key objectives of the government.
