The Governor urges the beneficiaries who are going home with twenty thousand naira each, to be creative with the fund.

The permanent secretary, Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Bashiru Nura Alkali, who represented President Mohammadu Buhari, explained that the initiative is one of the national social investment programmes of the present administration.

About one thousand, eight hundred women in Enugu State, are to benefit from this phase of the programme.
