The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC in Zamfara State has commenced the enforcement of the new number plate.
The Sector Commander of the Corps, Uchechukwu Wihioka says, the new number plate will help in the fight against insecurity in the country.
Ait.live gathered that the new number plate introduced by the Federal Road Safety Corps, contains the proper information of the vehicle and that of the owner.
It can also be access by the state especially in the event of security incidents.

The sector commander of the FRSC in Zamfara State, Uchechukwu Wihioka urged motorists and commercial motorcycle riders to comply, by duly registering their vehicles and motorcycles, for the new number plate.
He stressed that the idea will help in greater measure to flush out criminal elements in the country because their information can be easily accessed.
The Zamfara sector commander added that the command has already impounded several vehicles and motorcycles for failing to obtain the new number plate, to serve as deterrent to others.
