The super eagles of Nigeria dropped one spot to 35 globally but maintain their number three spot on the continent in the latest FIFA ranking released this Thursday.
This is despite their one all draw against Brazil in an international friendly in Singapore on October 13.
The Super Eagles fell short by a point as against one thousand four hundred and eighty two points score in September.
Belgium, France, Brazil and England retained the top four spots with Uruguay who displaced Portugal completing the top five.
Croatia and Spain exchanged position with the former occupying the seventh position while Argentina also displaced Colombia to complete the top ten teams.
There were no significant changes among the top ten teams in Africa as Senegal who currently are 20th on the global ranking lead the pack.
Tunisia ranked 29 globally, Nigeria in 35th, Algeria and Morocco complete the top five teams in Africa.
