Taraba State Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has condoled with the family, Government, and people of Oyo State on the death of the former Governor of the state, Abiola Ajimobi.
He extended his condolences in a press statement; describing the demise of the former Governor as a huge loss to the state and Nigeria as a whole.
Governor Ishaku said that late Ajimobi made huge contributions to the development of Oyo State, and towards the stabilization of democracy in Nigeria during his sojourn in politics.
These contributions, Ishaku observed, were part of the reason the late former Governor was still being assigned on important political duties even as Acting National chairman of his political party while he was on his sick bed.
