Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa says the leisure park and film village project when completed will help cushion the effect of unemployment in the state.
Governor Okowa who stated this while inspecting both projects in Asaba, the state capital, said his administration will continue to focus more on projects that would not only boost the economy of the state but also enhance the living condition of the people.
He added that projects will help residents ease tensions and stress when completed.

The projects are located at illah road and the new Asaba Technical College sited in the premises of the old site of Federal College of Education (technical) Asaba.
Governor Okowa also expressed satisfaction with the progress of work at the new technical college Asaba, one of the nine new technical colleges at their various stages of completion.
The projects inspected would be ready for use in 2021.
