Embattled former National Vice-chairman South-South of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hilliard Eta has described his expulsion from the party on Tuesday as a nullity.
Hilliard is in court to challenge the dissolution of the NWC of which he was a member on June 25, 2020.
The party’s NEC wielded the big stick on Eta, on Tuesday for refusing to withdraw the case from court as directed by the National Executive Committee.

According to Eta, he is already in Court and the lawyers among the NEC should have stopped them from progressing in error.
Eta says the NEC meeting is illegal ” because their so called acting national secretary has no power to convene NEC”.
