Briefing State House Correspondents On Thursday After Meeting With President Muhammadu Buhari At The Presidential Villa Abuja, Uzodinma Said The State Is Financially Distressed, Adding That The Refund Would Enable His Government To Address Some Pressing Issues, Particularly The Issue Of Pension And Salary Arrears.

He Noted That His Administration Will Do Everything Within Its Powers To Improve On The Internally Generated Revenue Of The State And Also Review Its Tax Regime.
