In order to sustain the peaceful co-existence amongst Etche and Igbo people in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State, and the entire state, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB have been warned to stop all forms of meetings or processions in the area, so as not to incur the wrath of the Rivers State government.
The Ulakwo Etche major road that links Imo State was occupied by the youths, as they marched with the LGA boss to the community playground, for sensitization against the IPOB movement.
Addressing the mammoth crowd, Obinna emphasized that Governor Nyesom Wike is not against the Igbos, and warned IPOB to obey the governor’s directives.

He rebuked the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu for the disrespectful comments he made on Governor Nyesom Wike, stressing that the personality of Wike and his development strides cannot be equated to his pedigree.
Some youths who spoke on the ban affirmed that the Igbos are good people, but they will not condone the activities of IPOB members.
