Members of the Joint Health Sector Union, JOHESU, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital have embarked on a three-day warning strike to press home their age-long demands bordering on workers’ welfare and a conducive working environment.

The chapter Chairman, Olutunde Oluwawumi, said the union decided to the down tool after management failed to pay the series of promotion arrears since 2010 and also poor working condition the members are exposed to.
