A former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Joseph Daodu, has described the ongoing strike action the Judiciary staff Union, JUSUN, as unconstitutional.
Daodu stated this while reacting to the executive order 10 signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari last year.

He explained that order 10 signed into law by the president was merely to give enforcement spirit to the autonomy provision.
The former NBA President is still disturbed about the current hue and cry for financial autonomy for the Judiciary by JUSUN.
He, however, cautioned against using money as a yardstick for measuring the independence of the Judiciary.
Most Nigerians want the federal government and the aggrieved judicial workers to urgently strike a deal in order to guarantee the hope of the Nigerian people in justice dispensation.
