The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has activated 2 new laboratories for testing of suspected coronavirus cases.
These are the Infleunza laboratory situated Kano and Plateau states.
This brings the number of testing laboratories for coronavirus in Nigeria to 11.

While work is ongoing on 4 laboratories in Maiduguri, Port harcourt, sokoto and kaduna that will be activated soon.
