Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki has called on opposition members in the state especially the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshiomhole, to join hands with his administration to move the state forward.
The Governor sent the invitation to the opposition at the presentation of the certificates of return to him and his Deputy, Philip Shaibu, following their victory at the just concluded Governorship Election.
The certificates were presented to them on behalf of INEC by the National Commissioner in charge of Edo, Bayelsa and Rivers, May Agbamuche-Mbu on Tuesday in Benin City.

May Agbamuche-Mbu And the Edo Resident Electoral Commissioner, Johnson Alalibo, used the occasion to express gratitude to the people of Edo and other key players for the successful conduct of a peaceful election.
Governor Godwin Obaseki lauds the introduction of technology to the Nation’s electoral process and commends President Buhari for allowing a level playing field.
Obaseki assures that his administration will always put the people first in all their actions.
