Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has refused former Chairman Pension Reform Task Team Abdulrasheed Maina bail.
Maina was refused bail on the ground that he may disappear again without trace having failed to place sufficient materials before the court that he deserves the second bail.

The medical report Maina brought from the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital showed that he was not under any medical emergency.
