The new Zonal Commander of the national agency for the prohibition of trafficking in persons, NAPTIP, in Kano State, Desmond Garba, says the Command under his watch will put measures in place to stem the rise of human trafficking and child abuse in the state.
Garba stated shortly after the immediate past Commander, Shehu Umar, handed over to him. He also solicited for the support from the staff as well as stakeholders in the zone.

The Kano Naptip zonal command is made up of Kano, Bauchi, Katsina, Jigawa and Kaduna states.
