Residents of Idah in Idah Local Government Area of Kogi state were alarmed when the date on the ballot paper stamp read 2015 during the governorship elections on Saturday.
Some of the electorates expressed shock and disappointment at the error, which created doubts on the sincerity of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to turn out a free and fair election.
