The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC has insisted that there their will be no going back on its new policy on the delivery of Company Registration Certificates.
The Registrar General, Garba Abakar made this known while reacting to the protest put up by some lawyers, challenging the new policy.
The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC had introduced a policy in which Company Registration Certificates would be sent to customers through courier or electronically, to avoid physical contact with clients.
Some lawyers and other customers of the commission opposed the new development and decided to stage a protest to press home their demands.
They emphasised that their consent was not sought, among several other demands, before the implementation.

The Registrar General says, the premises of the commission has always been overwhelmed with clients, which informed the policy.
He also said that the policy became necessary in other to comply with the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines.
