The National Agency for Food, and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC says about 200,000 Nigerians including children die yearly due to unethical food and drug practices.
Director General of the Agency, Moji Adeyeye made this known in Ibadan at a southwest stakeholders workshop for journalists which dealt on implications of some unethical practices such as the use of carbide to fast track the ripening of fruits and other unethical conducts in the drug distribution value chain.
