The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC says it has paid about N33 billion naira since the expanded Interim Management Committee, IMC resumed work on February 20, 2020.
Director of corporate affairs, Charles Odili stated this while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt, The Rivers State capital.

He said the 2019 budget could not be implemented due to time frame and delay in transmitting the budget to the NDDC. Ait.live gathered that the NDDC is owing its vendors about N2 trillion.
