Nigeria came from two sets down to defeat Cameroun in their opening game of the Africa u-19 Nations Cup in Abuja.
The Cameroonians paced to a early lead and took the first game 25-21.
The second set ended in a similar fashion, this time the home side losing the set 25-23.
The turnaround began in the third set with Nigeria winning 25-23.
The defending champions showed their mettle in the fourth game to level score at two all after winning the fourth set 25-20.

Nigeria cruised on to win the deciding set 15-9.
Action continues on Friday as Gambia takes on Morocco in the boys category while in the women’s event Cameroun and Nigeria rekindle their rivalry again.
