In the last 24 hours, Nigeria is reporting 1,133 new infections in 18 states taking its total number of confirmed cases to 80,922.
Lagos leads with 397 new Covid-19 cases; FCT-357; Kaduna-81; Plateau-63; Katsina-46; Sokoto-32; Oyo-28; Ogun-21; Kano-19 and Rivers-18.
Others are Osun-13; Edo and Niger-12 each; Bayelsa and Borno-11 each; Bauchi-8; Jigawa and Ondo-2 each.

There are 395 Covid-19 patients discharged across Nigeria including 134 in Lagos State and 96 in FCT treated under NCDC community-based case management protocols.
Nigeria has recorded 5 more Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours bringing the national death toll from the infection to 1,236.
