About 2000 residents of the Umuneator-Nguru Autonomous Community, Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area council of Imo State have benefited from free medical outreach organised by the Nigerian Army.
The aim is to re-enforce the relationship between the military and the people of the community.

The event featured free medical services such as Malaria test, high blood pressure and eye examinations by the military doctors.
Speaking after the flag-off of the program, Brigade Commander, 34 Artillery Brigade, Obinze, Raymond Utsaha said the Exercise was part of Operation Golden Dawn corporate social responsibility towards changing the negative notions of some civilians about the Army.
Some beneficiaries including the traditional ruler of the host community, His Royal Highness, Leo Nwokocha thanked the army for the initiative and pledged continued collaboration with the military.
Highlight of the event was presentation of merit award to Eze Nwokocha by Utsaha in recognition of his contributions to civil-military cooperation in the state.
