Nigerian Government moves to ensure food security

 The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Sabo Nanono, says the Federal Government will leave no stone unturned in ensuring massive food production this 2020 farming season to avert Post Covid-19 food crisis.

The Minister was speaking in Abuja during a Webinar at the  National Conference on Technological Interventions in Mitigating the Impacts of Covid-19 on Nigeria’s Food production, organized by National Biotechnology Development Agency, NABDA.

Nanono said that the government is aware of the importance of agricultural technology in achieving food security in Nigeria.
