Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama has tested positive for Covid-19. The Minister announced this Sunday on his personal Twitter handle.
He said he did the fourth Covid-19 test on Saturday at the first sign of a throat irritation and unfortunately this time it came back positive. He said he is heading for treatment in a health facility and praying for the best.

Onyeama who is a member of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 becomes the second member of the Federal Executive Council to test positive for the virus after the late Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.
