The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC is appealing to law enforcement agencies to allow petroleum tanker drivers to operate during lockdown to contain the spread of Coronavirus.
The Corporation had announced the activation of measures to guarantee seamless distribution of fuel across the country throughout the period of the lockdown and beyond.
This was after the Presidential Broadcast stated that essential services like petroleum products distribution are exempted from restrictions on movement.

A tweet on the Corporation’s verified Twitter handle wants security operatives to allow tanker drivers access across the country.
