A coalition of civil society organisations, Non-State Actors Consultative Forum Says it is opposed to negotiations with terrorists and Bandits.
The group is calling on the government to resist calls for amnesty for any militant group.
Co-convener of the forum, Ibrahim Wayya while addressing newsmen in Kano accused some state Governors of sabotaging efforts to end insecurity in the country.
They are of the view that some state Governors and other political actors are benefitting from the negotiations citing as an example the alleged payment of 30 million naira only to Bandits from 800 million naira said to have been released by the Katsina state government.
