The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, has sounded a note of warning to those he called economic saboteurs who hide under the ECOWAS trade to smuggle in palm oil and its products.
The CBN Governor gave this warning at the launch of the Edo State oil and palm programme in Benin City, the state’s capital on Tuesday.
