Operations of the Amotekun Corps has commenced across Ondo state’s eighteen Local Government Areas.
Commander of the state’s Amotekun Corps, Ade Adeleye, on Tuesday told the operatives, at the Passing-Out ceremony in Akure, the state capital that having been trained in intelligence gathering, handling of non-lethall -firearms, crowd control amongst other things, the people are counting on them to safe guard lives and property.

He stressed that new security policies have to be developed and water-tight strategies adopted to nip crimes in the bud, even before they occur.
The Commander said no criminal element would be allowed to trouble the relative peace being enjoyed in the state
