Dignitaries from different walks of life Friday converged on the Fountain of Life Church Illupeju Lagos for a service of songs to say goodnight, aurevoir, to the late Nigerian legendary singer, songwriter, journalist, human rights crusader and broadcaster Onyeka Onwenu.

The ceremony commenced with a processional hymn that ushered in the body of the Iyogogo singer Onyeka accompanied by pallbearers dressed in the traditional Igbo cultural outfit along with her two sons Tijani and Abraham Ogunlende.
