As part of efforts to prevent the spread of Coronavirus in the Niger Delta region, the Pan-Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF has set up a special commitee to liase with its various formations across states of the oil rich region.
PANDEF National Chairman, Air Commodore Idongesit Nkanga (Rtd) has said in a statement that the purpose of the committee would be to enlighten and sensitise the people towards eradicating the effect of the dreaded virus across the region.
The commitee led by Alfred Mulade, has Vincent Oyibode and Kenneth Robinson as members. Others are Emmanuel Akpanabong, Nella Andem Rabena, Don Ben and Douyi Douglas Naingba.

Nkanga said the most potent way to prevent the spread of the dreaded virus is by religiously observing the precautionary measures issued by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC. He therefore urged the commitee to create the awareness among all Niger Delta people.
