The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, National Working Committee, NWC, has constituted a caretaker committee to pilot the affairs of the party in Ebonyi State.
The Party’s National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, who disclosed this Wednesday in a statement, said the constitution of the caretaker committee follows the dissolution of the Ebonyi State Executive of the party,
The statement names Fred Udeogu, as the Chairman of the committee, while Luke Nkwegu is the Secretary.
Other members of the committee include Gideon Osi, Publicity Secretary, James Alaska, Organising Secretary, Amaka Igoke, Women Leader, Mudi Irenede, Legal Adviser and Ibeshi Youth Leader, James Onah, Assistant Secretary, and Monday Chukwu as Treasurer.
Ologbodiyan noted that the decision of the party’s NWC is in line with the provisions of the Constitution of the PDP.

Recall that the Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, had on Tuesday announced his defection from the PDP to the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, at the centre.
