A Federal High Court in Port Harcourt is awaiting the report of out-of-court settlement by parties over the suit filed by a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, aspirant in Edo State, Omoregie Ihama-Ogbeide, seeking to stop Godwin Obaseki from the party’s primary on Thursday.

The request for the settlement was initiated by counsel for the plaintiff, Ferninand Orbih. The case has been stood down for a report of settlement by 12 noon.
