The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has rejected the judgement of the Kogi State High Court nullifying its party’s governorship primaries in the state for the November 16, 2019, governorship election.
Addressing reporters in Abuja, the nation’s capital, the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbodiyan, insisted that the party will, as a matter of urgency, explore all legal avenues to set aside the judgment at the appellate court.

The party is also concerned about what it described as the apologetic conduct of the trail judge.
The party, however, asked the people of Kogi State to keep the faith and pray for the rebuilding of the judiciary.
