The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has put to rest the speculation that he is working with the aggrieved governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to win the 2023 presidential election.
Obi had met severally with Governors Samuel Ortom of Benue State, Nyesom Wike of Rivers, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu, and Seyi Makinde of Oyo States, who seem to have an unresolved misunderstanding with the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Despite differences in political parties, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, seems to have quite a bond with the Benue State Governor.
Again he paid this courtesy visit at the Government House in Makurdi.

Obi is particularly concerned about the humanitarian crisis in the state, as displacements continue to soar when the country is not at war.
He leaves with a promise to turn around the fortunes of the displaced if elected, as well as those of the entire populace.
