Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, has again charged the Nigerian Armed Forces to continue to ensure that the country’s territorial integrity is safe.
The President gave the charge at the first security meeting in 2020 held at the Presidential Villa on Friday.
Briefing State House correspondents on the outcome of the meeting presided over by President Buhari, Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Sadiq Abubakar, said the war on terrorism is ongoing and the military will soon take delivery of some equipment.

The Air Chief urged Nigerians to give maximum support to the Armed Forces and other security agencies as they strive to provide adequate security for all.
The meeting was attended by all the Service Chiefs, the Inspector General of Police, the Director-General National Intelligence Agency, NIA, the Director-General Department of State Services, and heads of other security agencies.
