Witnesses called by petitioners/appellants not enough to prove allegation of non compliance petitioners did not required minimum of 250,000 witnesses.

* Petitioners did not establish allegation of non qualification.

Section 318 of the constitution  sufficiently supports buhari’s qualification.

Buhari’s  attainment of the status of head of state is compelling enough. court of appeal was right to hold that he was sufficiently qualified

* Petitioners failed to call key witnesses to prove that buhari lied on oath.
