As the first two weeks, of easing the Covid-19 lockdown ends, members of the Presidential Task Force, PTF led by Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha have met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
The President received briefing from the PTF on the country’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic including the level of compliance with measures issued for the easing of the lockdown. These include the ban on interstate movement, night curfew from 8pm to 6am, wearing of face masks, social distancing in public places among others.
The PTF has over the past two weeks continuously expressed concerns over violations of these non-pharmaceutical measures issued to stop the spread of the pandemic.
