Thousands of residents of Erin-Osun and Ilobu have fled their towns to avoid being victims of the ongoing crisis between the two communities which has led to the death of some people.
The crisis began on Saturday evening over land dispute and at the moment both communities have now become the ghost of themselves as Security agents including officers of the Nigerian Army have taking over the area.2

Markets, houses and shops are shot in compliance with the 24hour curfew imposed on the affected Local Governments by Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
The effects of the crisis could be seen in different parts of the communities as several houses and vehicles were also burnt.
One of the victims of the crisis, an Old woman who was said to have been shot and killed on Sunday was being interred when ait.live visited Erin-Osun on Monday.
A meeting was later held at the instance of the state Commissioner of Police where the Traditional rulers of Ilobu, Erin-Osun and Ifon agreed to a ceasefire.
