Former Abia State Governor and Senate Chief Whip, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has blamed the lingering Security challenge facing the Country, on deliberate sabotage by some people.
Senator Orji Kalu stated this in Minna, in an interview with Journalists after his closed-door meetings with two retired Generals and Former Nigeria’s Military Rulers, Ibrahim Babangida and Abdul-Salami Abubakar.
The Senator who was on a private visit to Minna, noted that insecurity remains one of the major challenges facing Nigeria.

On the position of the Service Chiefs, Senator Kalu says,the Senate would critically look at the issue.
Responding to the question on his Presidential ambition in the next general election, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu says for now, he is a Senator of the Federal Republic.
