The Ondo state police command has confirmed the abduction of three construction workers rehabilitating Ikaram/Akunnu Akoko road, in Akoko North East local government areas of Ondo state by unknown gunmen.
The three workers were allegedly abducted around 6pm on Tuesday.
Confirming the incident, police public relations officer in the state,Tee- Leo ikoro while speaking to AIT on telephone said two of the workers are from the South west region while one is from the South eastern part of the country.

Ikoro said the command is already on the trail of the abductors in a bid to secure the release of the kidnapped workers.
As at the time of filling this report,the Abductors are yet to make any contact with families of the victims.
