Adamawa may write its name in history as the first state in the North East part of Nigeria to construct a flyover bridge in its Capital, Yola.
That is if the plans of the state government to construct one in the state capital, Yola becomes a reality.
The project is expected to gulp over Eight Billion naira.

The State Commissioner for Works and Energy Development, Adamu Atiku says, the ministry will thoroughly supervise the project, to ensure timely completion.
The construction of the Flyover and Grade Interchange, in the state capital, is in anticipation of the ever expanding population of Adamawa State.
Opinions are however divided among the people as to whether it should be given priority considering the high level of poverty in the state.
