Beneficiaries of the Federal Government Extended Special Public Works Programme in Niger State, have been advised to make optimal utilization of the opportunity, to develop their societies.
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Zubairu Dada, gave the advice during the flag-off ceremony of twenty-five thousand beneficiaries of the Federal Government intervention in Minna, the Niger State capital.
Ambassador Zubairu Dada, noted that such interventions are measures that can be used to reduce the rising youths unemployment.
He further said that, under the National Economic Sustainability Plan, the Ministry of Labour and Employment is engaging the nation’s youths in some critical sector of the economy.
He urged the Youths who were carefully selected, to take the task before them seriously in the next three months.

He also tasked them to reciprocate the gesture.
