To address the moral burden associated with negative attitude and character, the Delta State Government has introduced the innovative mindset programme aimed at refocusing the youths in the State.
The innovative mindset remodelling programme christened “time out with a role model ” organised by the State orientation bureau draws participants from both primary and secondary schools, stakeholders, civil society, youth organisations among others.
People on a daily basis especially the younger ones are quick to adopt certain characters from celebrities and leaders they consider as their role models
But the director-general, Delta State Orientation Bureau, Eugene Uzum said certain characters are not worthy of emulation hence the bureau’s decision to create this platform that will bring distinguished personalities to inspire the youths.

The programme “time out with a model” with its first debut will be a monthly event where real life experieces will be shared.
